Is it really free?: Yes. Membership is free. Reserving a founding spot costs nothing and needs no card.
Are you part of the prison, the Department of Corrections, or a commissary company?: No. CommissaryForPrisoners.com is independent and is not affiliated with any correctional agency, facility, or commissary or money-transfer vendor.
Do I need my loved one's ID number or case details?: No. Please don't include ID numbers or case details in your answer. We only ask which state or system they're in so we can plan where to launch first.
Why do you ask why my family should be one of the first?: Your story helps us understand what families actually need — and shows the stores and savings partners we're working with that this community is real, organized, and worth serving.
What happens to my information?: We use it only to contact you about launch and your Bridge Pass. We never sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
When does it launch?: We're opening in waves. Founding families are first, and we'll email you (and text you, if you added a phone) as soon as your pass is ready.
