Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your loved one's information
You may designate up to ten incarcerated loved ones. You confirm you are authorized to direct contributions to them. Where a state publishes official inmate data we may use it to help confirm details; everywhere else we rely on what you enter and our staff's review. Contributions are only sent after details are verified.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other members' data, or interfere with its security.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape the site or our lookup features.
- Do not use the service to send anything other than commissary contributions or to contact incarcerated people in violation of facility rules.
Program terms
How savings and commissary contributions are earned, held, reversed and sent is described in the Program Terms and Payout Terms, which are part of these Terms.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, emailed to you. You may close your account at any time from Account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. Savings depend on participating merchants and the discount network. Facility and inmate information comes from public sources that can be delayed or incomplete; always confirm important details with the facility.

Limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute-resolution terms will be added after attorney review and before general availability.
