Facility data
Our facility directory is built from public datasets (including the HIFLD Prison Boundaries dataset, the Federal Bureau of Prisons' published locations, and state GIS sources), corrected with information published by the responsible agency. It may be incomplete or out of date. If your loved one's facility is missing, you can enter it manually.
Inmate lookup
We only automate lookups where an agency publishes data for reuse. For all other jurisdictions we link to the agency's official locator and you confirm details yourself. We do not bypass CAPTCHAs or access controls on any government system.
Figures on this site
Network size and coverage figures come from the discount network's published materials and are shown as illustrative until confirmed in the Program Terms. Savings examples are illustrations, not guarantees.
Money movement
Commissary payouts are not yet enabled. We do not hold funds for members; contributions are tracked on a ledger until they are sent.
