Current status
Commissary payouts are not yet enabled. Contributions accumulate on your ledger and will become sendable when payout partners are connected. We will email members before payouts open.
Requirements
- Your loved one's details must be verified.
- The available balance must be at least $10.00.
- Only one payout per loved one can be in progress at a time.
Processing
Each payout moves through clearly labeled stages (requested, approved, processing, paid) that you can see in your dashboard. Payouts are reviewed by two separate staff members before being released. A payout marked paid always carries a provider reference or a documented manual exception.
Facility rules
Facilities and their commissary vendors set deposit limits, fees and blackout periods. If a facility rejects a deposit, the amount returns to your available balance and you are notified.
