Membership fees
The Bridge Pass is currently free, so there is nothing to refund. If paid plans are introduced, their refund terms will be published here before any charge.
Returned purchases
Refunds for goods and services are handled by the merchant under its own policy. When the network reports a refund to us, we reverse the matching commissary contribution on your ledger.
Already-sent contributions
If a contribution was already sent before the refund was reported, we record a recoverable balance and offset it against future contributions. Members are never billed for it.
